B2B Ad targeting has always been a huge issue on every platform except LinkedIn. Why? Because nobody creates a Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, etc account with their professional address! Because of this, the native targeting in Facebook rarely works for B2B and creating custom audiences has such a low match rate it almost never works. On the other hand, personal emails get incredible match rates and provide excellent targeting, but in the nature of B2B that isn't an option.
